Collect
We receive sales data from thousands of distributors, manufacturers, and retail locations across the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada on a weekly basis. Our goal is to make the submission process simple, secure, and efficient for our clients. We work directly with you and your personnel to ensure quality and receipt.
Process
After your file has been submitted, we load·your data·into our secure systems. InfoBate system algorithms are built for·efficiency and accuracy – organizing your data by locations, products, categories, quantities, and cost. Our analysts guarantee that quality assurance standards are upheld by reviewing all processed data before the next step.
Calculate
We use calculators to make sure that all of your data is precise!
Once distributor data has been processed through the central data collection and processing system, a subset of this data, based on distributor authorizations, is transferred to a client database. Each client database is separate from the central processing system, and separate from other client databases. Additional processing of the standardized distributor data occurs in each individual client database. This allows for the application of custom client business rules, attribution, and territory assignments in a manner that is completely independent of other client processing requirements.
